About

In this journey, you will be guided through daily breathwork practices using different breathing patterns for 21 days, to release stuck emotions, reconnect with your inner wisdom & come back home to your body. Each day, you will focus on a specific intention and topic to create an even deeper experience. On some of the days, you will also be guided to utilize movement and touch.

Here are some of the benefits of breathwork:

  • Regulate your emotions
  • Release stored trauma, tension, and/or stress in the body
  • Quiet the chattering mind
  • Increase self-awareness and connects with a deeper part of the Self
  • Gain clarity and improve intuition
  • Managing stress/anxiety
  • Strengthen the immune system
  • Increase the capacity of your lungs

"Thank you Nathasya for making the course and introducing yourself from the not so light past you had. It made me feel like taking the course is more than just "learning to breathe" but how to navigate and rise above those unfavorable circumstances. It made me realize that being vulnerable doesn't necessarily mean being weak but just being aware of the fact that these things happen. Running away or not facing them sooner will just get them to haunt you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes, I have made the daily practices to be practiced safely alone without the need of having a breathwork facilitator present in person. Some of the practices will require you to gently move your body. Please note if you have a particular medical condition or injury, I would recommend you to consult with your doctor first before beginning the practice.
If you struggle with severe trauma, PTSD, or CPTSD, I advise you to book a 1:1 session first with either me or another trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, because these practices may be triggering and bring uncomfortable emotions to the surface.

About 15 to 30 minutes every day, but feel free to take breaks between the days.

No, you don't. You will receive guidance on how to breathe through the diaphragm and how to do the breathing patterns.

I have been trained in different types of breathwork, from Himalayan Kundalini breathwork, Rebirthing, Somatic Breathwork, and Conscious Connected Breathing. She has created her own style that is believed to be effective. This 21-day Journey involves a combination of different breathing patterns, but have been safely put together in order to give you the best experience and journey through your breath and body, so you can release any stagnant emotions and create a better connection with your body.

Due to the digital nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds. Please only purchase if you are committed to this breathwork journey.

I would love to say lifetime but legally speaking, you will have access to this course as long as this platform continue to exist.

Breathwork may not be suitable for you if you have cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy or history of seizures, anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms like psychosis or paranoia, bipolar depression, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, active addiction, or severe PTSD. If you have or have had any of the listed conditions, we strongly recommend you consult a physician before beginning breathwork. Breathwork can be useful for people who have severe trauma or are pregnant, however, you would need to book the 1:1 breathwork session first rather than taking the self-paced course (21-day Breathwork Journey) .
